Return Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective.

Please send us an email to info@blutykids.com and we will reply back within 24 hours with detailed instructions for your return or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

A credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days (Processing will depend on your bank).
